                              RESOLUTION NO. 21599
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE AT
                 CHATTANOOGA, RELATIVE TO ASSESSMENT OF WATER
                 QUALITY, HABITAT CONDITIONS, AND MACROINVERTI-
                 BRATE AND FISH ASSEMBLAGES IN URBAN STREAMS,
                 FOR A TOTAL COST NOT TO EXCEED SIXTY THOUSAND,
                 SEVENTY-SIX DOLLARS ($60,076.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with the University of Tennessee at
       Chattanooga, relative to assessment of water quality, habitat
       conditions, and macroinvertibrate and fish assemblages in urban
       streams, for a total cost not to exceed $60,076.00.
